How do I book and pay?
Send us a booking request on this site, LINE or WhatsApp. We confirm availability and pick-up time, then you pay by bank transfer, cash at pick-up, or a secure card link. No payment is taken on the website.
Is hotel pick-up really included?
Yes, for hotels in Patong, Kata, Karon, Kamala and Phuket Town. Bang Tao, Mai Khao, Rawai and Nai Harn carry a small surcharge that we tell you before you confirm.
What if the weather is bad?
If the marine department or operator cancels a boat trip, you get a full refund or free rebooking. Light rain doesn't usually stop a tour — the islands are often prettier after a shower.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure for group day tours. Private boats and Similan trips need a deposit and have their own terms, which we send with your quote.
Are national park fees included?
No — Thai national parks charge foreigners in cash on the day (typically 300–500 THB). We list the exact amount on every tour page so there are no surprises.
Do you offer child prices?
Most tours have a child rate for ages 4–11 and infants under 4 travel free on a parent's lap. The child price is shown on each tour page.
