Booking terms & payment

Booking

• A booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation on LINE, WhatsApp or email.
• Please tell us your hotel name and room number so the driver can find you.

Payment

• Pay by bank transfer, cash at our office, or a secure payment link we send you.
• Private boats and Similan trips require a 30% deposit.

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure for day tours.
• Tours cancelled by the operator or marine department due to weather are refunded in full or rebooked.
• No-shows and cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable.

How to pay

• Bank transfer (Thai bank) — we send account details with your confirmation
• Cash at pick-up or at our Patong office
• Secure card payment link on request (3% surcharge)
